LASTab - Chrome Browser Add-on for Tab Management

This add-on addresses the frustrating issue of losing track of tabs when closing or detaching them from the current window. LASTab fixes this problem by automatically selecting the previously selected tab when you switch to a tab and close it. This ensures that you are always returned to the tab you were on before, instead of being redirected to a random consecutive tab.
This feature is particularly useful when you have a large number of tabs open and need to view them before closing. With LASTab, you no longer have to worry about getting lost in a sea of unlabeled tabs and struggling to find the one you were just on.
